Meet the Teacher
My name is Alura Benek, and I am currently teaching 20th Century American History and English 10 at Exeter Township Senior High School. I achieved my Bachelor of Arts degree in History as well as my Secondary level Social Studies and English certifications in May of 2013 from Albright College. I am originally from Summit Hill, PA, and I feel that I have truly benefited from an educational experience that made connections between content and my own life. Through my coursework and work experience on the Albright campus, I have developed a passion for teaching that grows as I spend time pursuing the field. I love history and literature, and I intend to convey this love for the story of human existence to my students.
